I didn’t get around to posting this on wednesday so it’s a bit late. Anyways here is my weigh in!
I’m down 1.5 pounds this week! Despite my weekend long binge two weeks ago I still lost. I’m still waiting for it to catch up to me but hopefully it wont.
I’ve been exercising 3 times a week this week I didn’t but I did exercise 2 times this week for one hour each. No excuse I know but I’ll be back to the grind on monday with working out.
My goal for this next week is to be down at least half a pound. I’d like to be down more but any loss I’ll take and a maintain i will take as well.
